Content Policy

Who this applies to

Send It is a private, invitation-only app for youth mountain bike teams. Every member has been added by a team administrator. This policy applies to all content shared within the app, including chat messages, profile photos, and display names.

Because our teams include minors, we hold all content to a high standard. Administrators are responsible for the culture of their team.

What is not allowed

The following content is prohibited in Send It:

• Harassment or bullying — targeting, threatening, or repeatedly messaging another member in a way that causes distress.
• Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans a person based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Sexually explicit content — any nudity or sexual material. This is strictly prohibited given that minors use the app.
• Violence or graphic content — threats of violence or gratuitously graphic imagery.
• Spam — sending repetitive or unsolicited messages unrelated to team activities.
• Personal information — sharing another member's private information (address, phone number, etc.) without their consent.
• Impersonation — using a name or photo intended to deceive others into thinking you are someone you are not.

How to report content

You can also email us directly at support@senditmtb.app if you are unable to use the in-app report feature or if your concern involves something other than a chat message.

How reports are handled

Reports are reviewed by your team administrator. Depending on the severity, the response may include:

• A private message to the member in question.
• Removal of the offending content.
• Removal of the member from the team.

For content that may violate the law (e.g. child exploitation material), we will report it to the appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

Administrator responsibilities

Team administrators control who has access to their team. By adding members, administrators accept responsibility for maintaining a safe environment. We encourage administrators to act promptly on reports and to remove members who repeatedly violate this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
